Relax on the beach or within the complex which includes four swimming pools which are heated seasonally plus a kiddie pool plus adult hot tub. Complex also includes tennis courts, shuffle board courts, 18-hole putt-putt course (you may need your own golf ball and putter at times), horseshoe pits, complex clubhouse with two pool tables and exercise workout room -- all available for use by guests. The space My unit is a non-smoking, no-pet condominium. Access codes to the entrance and exit security gates and the code for the condo electronic door lock will be provided once your reservation is confirmed. Guest access Horizon South is a gated complex of condominiums. Access codes for the security gates to enter and exit the complex are changed monthly. Codes for the condo door lock are randomly changed and will be activated fr the dates of your reservation. All access codes will be provided once your reservation has been confirmed. The complex requires all guests over the age of six to wear a wristband on the premises which can be purchased at the Management Office at a cost of $20. Also every vehicle is required to purchase and display a Vehicle Parking pass available at the Management Office at a cost of $25. Main office is open seven days a week from 8:00AM to 5:00PM CST. Exercise room hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm. Pool hours are 9:00am to 11:00pm. Other things to note Horizon South has implemented a policy where all guests are required to wear a wristband while on the premises and during use of any of the amenities. These are available at the main office upon your arrival at a cost of $20 each. Children under the age of six do not require a wristband. Also, every vehicle on the premises must purchase and display a Vehicle Parking Pass. The cost for each parking pass is $25 (maximum two vehicles) not to exceed 10 days. These policies are strictly enforced by security and management personnel and was implemented due to abuses by registered guests allowing their unregistered friends within the gated premises to use the recreational facilities and to park their vehicles to use the beach.
