The space The portion of the villa (completely independent, with private access) is located just 6 km from the historic center of Verona, has a one-hectare garden, an elegant and modern swimming pool and a fully equipped kitchen also outside: the perfect solution to spend pleasant days relaxing outdoors with all the comforts. The spacious property, which was completely renovated in 2025, has 4 bright rooms furnished with taste and simplicity, and 3 bathrooms to offer you maximum comfort and a peaceful stay. Outside, the new BBQ area, with the pergola facing the pool, the super-equipped kitchen and the traditional wood-fired barbecue, is the ideal space to relax or work in contact with nature. Here, moreover, our Home Chef Adriano can organize lunches and dinners on request, to take you on a journey through local flavors and give you an extra treat. On the ground floor, there is the bright living room, equipped with satellite TV and a large window overlooking the lush garden, the comfortable kitchen equipped with the latest appliances, a PC station at your disposal and the bedroom with a French bed, private bathroom and direct access to the garden. On the first floor, there are two bathrooms and the other three bedrooms: a double with a king-size bed, a quadruple (double plus a bunk bed) and a double with a separable bed on request. The house is equipped with adjustable air conditioning in every single room, free high-speed Wi-Fi, both in the house and in the garden, and offers spectacular views of Verona and the surrounding hills. A perfect solution also for those who have to work remotely. There is free private parking and a play area (table tennis and trampoline). To give you the best welcome, you will find towels, sheets, beauty sets, hairdryer, automatic coffee machine and all the basic amenities at your disposal. Do you have small children?
