This new-styled RYOKAN is located in the high-class-hotel area called Ajiroyama which is about 10 minutes away from Atami. "Atami Kaiun" is where you can have a quiet, comfortable and private moment with your family, friends or as a couple by not meeting anyone. The ocean view dec has a slight of the ocean in far distance and you will surely enjoy the traditional Japanese styled house by feeling the atmosphere. Please enjoy the sea-side local life here in Ajiro area :-) The space I have renewed our toilets in 2022 to the touchless washlet toilets! I and my cleaning staff are always making our best considering my accommodation to be better and more comfortable place :-) ★Rooms★ My accommodation is in a Japanese traditional style and so many amenities are available for guests. The massive stone-made bathtub has an enough space for 2 people and you can even enjoy a view out from the window. (Currently, hot springs are not available.) Also if you could pay me the extra cost and stick with my house rules, I am more than happy to rent you both BBQ grill and fireplace :-) 1F: dining, kitchen, living room (kotatsu is available only during winter season of about Nov to Mar), entrance area (fireplace costs extra except for winter season), outside dec (a table with 6 chairs and 2 relaxed chairs), bathroom, toilet, parking lot for 2 cars 2F: tatami room, toilet ★Amenities★ [Rooms] ・WiFi ・2 single Beds: Simmons and Serta ・7 sets of futon mattresses ・TV (connected with the internet) I have prepared a wide-screen TV which is connected with Netflix, Hulu and Youtube etc. Please feel free to use the function during your stay! ・DVD player ・Bluetooth speaker (BALMUDA) ・Humidifier ・Washing machine ・Washing detergent ・Iron ・Clothes rack ・Clothes hanger ・Dec reclining chairs [Kitchen] ・200L fridge ・Rice cooker ・Electric kettle ・Coffee maker ・Pots ・Pans ・Hot plate ・Knives ・Wine opener ・Cutlery ・Plates/cups ・Seasonings (Please understand that some seasonings might be run out.) We don’t prepare any paper towels, dish towels or wipes. If you need one to do the cooking, please kindly bring your own. [Bathroom] ・Body soap ・Shampoo ・Conditioner Guest access Please feel free to use the entire house except for the closet right next to the kitchen and the space under the dec on the basement. Other things to note ・The resort tax by Atami City will be charged extra after confirming your reservation. This is issued for all the reservations after April 1st 2025. ・Please use a designated BBQ equipment. As a few guests don't pack up BBQ within the time I ask them to (until 7PM), I only allow BBQ for those guests who stay more than 1 night.  If you would like to use it, please message me beforehand as it costs extra. ・If you would like to use a fireplace, you will need to message me beforehand as it costs extra. Please make sure to check up on me about the actual costs and rules etc. ・You can bring only ONE small sized dog with the extra fee. Please message me beforehand if you would like to take your doggie with you. And if you would like to take more than that, one with bigger size or other pet, please ask me before you make the reservation :-) ・Kotasu is not available during the seasons other than winter. Please use it as a table with "Hori-Kotasu". ・This place doesn't have hot springs for bath so please kindly check this out before you make a reservation. ・you CANNOT smoke inside the house. Smoking is not allowed on this property except for outside dec and please be careful with the use of fire. ・Please separate the trash. If you left way more than the normal use and big-sized trash (such as suitcases), please understand that I might be able to asking you to pay the extra fee. ・The gas meter may get stopped when you use the gas too much. When that happens, please read through the guidance left inside the listing or message me. ・You can go down the hilly part of my garden however, please be careful as it is quite steep and there are some wild animals out there. [For guests who stay more than 2 weeks] I can schedule a cleaning, changing linens and adding amenities during your stay so please feel free to message me if you want one.
