Traber Apartments: 1 BDRM balcony quiet parking

I usually live in the 2-room apartment myself. It is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building in the second row (very quiet). The apartment has a new kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom, a storage room, a bright, a car parking space and spacious living room and a covered south-facing balcony. This invites you to relax, with a beautiful view of the courtyard. You do not pay a service fee when booking the apartment. I take over this for you. The space The kitchen is new & fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, espresso maker & accessories for filter coffee and tea, large refrigerator with freezer, microwave). So nothing stands in the way of cooking adventures! The spacious & bright living room I have furnished with great attention to detail. The with large and at the same time cozy real wood table creates an inviting atmosphere & is suitable for both concentrated work as well as for eating or "lingering". Likewise, you can "relax" on the comfortable sofa. The covered south-facing balcony overlooking the spacious backyard is excellent for sunbathing and relaxing. It is also possible to grill here (small Weber grill is available). The bathroom with bathtub, rain shower, towel dryer & washing machine is functional. Since it is really incredibly quiet, you can easily sleep with the window open in the 200x160cm bed. The white Elster & the Karl Heine canal are only a few hundred meters away. Ideally suited as a base for couples, solo travelers or families (mobile toddler bed is available). Equipment again compact: - elevator - parking space in the basement (single parking space) - 2 sofas/ "relax couches - Oven, dishwasher, microwave & large fridge with freezer compartment - Nespresso coffee machine with reusable coffee capsules and 2-3 normal capsules, espresso maker, accessories for filter coffee and tea - closet - various books - fast wifi (50 Mbit/s download & 10 Mbit/s upload) - large writing/dining table (160x80cm) - modern flatscreen (58 inch) - normal cable TV via Giga Net (Internet), Netflix - video intercom - small & large towels, hair dryer - storage room Guest access You have the whole apartment at your disposal without any restrictions. The apartment includes a normal underground parking space in the house, which has enough space for somewhat larger cars (e.g. SUV). The access to the staircase is right next to the parking space. No physical keys are required for check-in. After you have checked in to myStay, you can get your digital keys on your cell phone and use them to open the front door and the apartment door by pressing the “sliders”. Alternatively, you can enter the 6-digit payment code into the keypad on the apartment door to open it. Other things to note If you arrive before 15:00 in Leipzig, you can leave your luggage in the apartment. Garbage issue: 4 different garbage bins are provided: Organic and paper trash are under the sink, plastic trash is in the white trash in the kitchen, and "residual" trash is in the bathroom. Organic trash is diagonally to the left behind the bike racks in the backyard, just inside the first metal gate on the left -- residual trash by the metal gate at the front. Plastic & paper trash are in the passageway by the street on the left.
