Luxury barn in the heart of Norfolk

A stylish, light filled barn conversion in the heart of Norfolk with large open plan living area, cosy wood burner and enclosed garden. The Old Bell Barn is well placed to make the most of the renowned Norfolk coast, beautiful Broads and quirky lanes of Norwich. You can also embrace a slower pace of life and immerse yourself in the beautiful countryside that surrounds the property. It is ideal for a couple's retreat or holiday with friends. The space The Old Bell Barn has two bedrooms (sleeps four) and a large, vaulted open-plan living, kitchen and dining room. Velux windows run the length of the roofline flooding the room with light in the day and at night you can cosy up by the wood burner. There is a generous sized, fully-enclosed garden with ample seating and a charcoal BBQ. Dedicated off-road parking for two cars. There is a smart television with access to Disney+ and Netflix, as well as a Bluetooth soundbar/speaker for you to play music on. The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for catering for long, leisurely meals. It comes with an oven and induction hob, a fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee bean grinder (and french press). There's also a washer dryer. We provide the basics to get you started - milk, tea, coffee, sugar, oil and seasonings. Both bedrooms have king size beds, with 100% cotton Bedfolk bedlinen. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor and the other on the first. The bathroom boasts a huge walk-in shower with modern brass tapware. We also provide towels and complimentary toiletries for you to use during your stay. Guest access The Old Bell Barn is ideally located with country walks, cycle routes, beaches and nature reserves on our doorstep. Close by is the north Norfolk coast (20 mins drive), the city of Norwich and Norfolk Broads (40 mins drive). Other things to note The barn is dog friendly – two adult dogs allowed. Additional dogs by prior arrangement. Dogs must be over a year old and fully house trained. £30 fee per stay, not per dog. Please read our house rules for bringing your four legged friend to the barn. Please note that the upstairs bedroom has a staircase within the room, with the door to the room at the bottom of the stairs. It may therefore not be suitable for young children.
