The tidy and private atmosphere, the vintage style and the glimpse to the sea from the bedroom, renders this location a "love nest" for a romantic stay. The space The house is located in a residential area just behind the Castel on the Sea, with a private little garden. The entrance is independent, just few stairs from the street. Hall, full equipped kitchen, bedroom with double size bed and little balcony with glimpse to the sea, leaving room with double sofa bed, bathroom with shower. The little garden is equipped to rest, relax, have breakfast or dinner. The furniture is vintage style, the atmosphere is tidy. Guest access The house and the garden are totally at disposal only of the guests Other things to note Some check in formalities will be done at your arrival, so your passport or identity card data will be required to accomplish with the obligations required by the local police rules. Starting form April 1st 2018 up to October 31 2018 a touristic tax is due in the amount of Eur 1,50 per person/night. There are some exemptions (children minor to 15 years and the stays more than 10 days) I will collect such tax fron you before your leaving, ad I will pay it according to the local rules.
