The surrounding area is green, in the middle of the Forest of Halkidiki. „SIMONITIKO“ is a village resort with some houses and much more green area, touching the sea. Porto Karras is aprox. 4-5 km from the bay Porto Elena. Neo Marmaras is a nice small port town, reachable aprox. 15 min by car. Nearby to the Resort, not more then 5 min by food, is the Taverna Tonis located (real natural greek Taverna). On the other side of the bay , also nearby to the Resort is Camping Stavros (very fames place by the greek) located. There you can find a food- store with anything stoff you’ll be need. Also a very fames place is the Taverna Panos, next to the sea with amazing sea-few. Actually, there you would not necessary the car. SITONIA is the second leg from all 3 and in the middle of the nature in Halkidiki.
