Beautiful new apartment, of 80 square meters, in a new building in a quite no traffic area 5 minutes far from the tram stop for Venice. The apartment is very bright and equipped with all the comforts you need to make your stay unforgettable!!!! Free Wifi, conditioned air, autonomous heating and drinking water. Bakery, pharmacy, restaurant, bar and supermarket are 10 minutes far from the house. The space The house consists in 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds), 2 bathrooms, an equipped kitchen, a living room, and a small garden. Free private parking space located on the back of the apartment, with an electrical gate 2,25 meters wide. The apartment is cleaned and sanitized using alcohol and bleach-based cleaners and disinfectants. All high contact surfaces (door and window handles, switches, remote controls, etc.) are sanitized with alcohol. Cleaning is done according to Airbnb guidelines and cleaning checklists. Customers will find in the apartment, in addition to soap and standard cleaning materials, a kit with multi-surface detergent, absorbent paper, hand sanitizer. Guest access The whole apartment is available by guests. Other things to note A city tax is required by Local Venice Administration (up to 4,00€ per person per night, maximum 5 nights, 50% discount for children from 10 to 16 years old, free for children up to 10 years old) it is NOT included in the above prices and payable locally directly by the guests who will sign the city tax receipt. At the check in our Guests are required documents with personal details for the Police Central Station of Venice. Please be sure to keep the keys with you when leaving the apartment. In case an intervention (of property manager or locksmith) is necessary, the guest will be required to pay for this.
