The space Welcome to our private villa 🌿 We are delighted to welcome you to this villa, designed to offer comfort, relaxation, and conviviality. ✨ Every space has been carefully arranged to ensure a pleasant and peaceful stay, ideal for families and groups of friends. Safety 🔒 The property complies with all current safety standards. 🧯 A fire extinguisher and smoke detector are available for your peace of mind. Villa Highlights 🅿️ You benefit from free private parking (with electric outlet). 👥 The villa can accommodate up to 15 guests. ❄️ All areas are air-conditioned for optimal comfort in every season. ♨️ A private SPA accessible 24/7 is available, including a 5-person jacuzzi heated to 38°C, a 5-person infrared sauna, and a projector with Netflix (flat fee €50 per stay). 🥂 Unbreakable glasses are provided to enjoy the spa safely. Outdoor Area 🌳 The garden features a pétanque court for convivial moments. ☀️ The 35 m² terrace is equipped with a sofa, garden furniture, and a Weber barbecue. ⚠️ The barbecue is not available during the winter period. Gas bottles are removed and will be reinstalled from the end of March. Kitchen & Living Area 🍳 The open-plan kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. ✨ The bright 70 m² living room is perfect for sharing moments together. Leisure & Entertainment ⚽ A high-end Sulpice foosball table is available. 🏓 A ping-pong table adds more fun options. 🕹️ A 2-player arcade machine offers over 3,000 games. Full Equipment 🍽️ The kitchen includes induction hobs, a large fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. 🧀 Tableware is provided for 14 people, with raclette and stone grill appliances. ☕ Five coffee machines are available: Senseo, Nespresso, Vertuo, Dolce Gusto, and filter, as well as a kettle. Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements 🛏️ The villa has 6 bedrooms with new bedding. 🛌 There are 6 double beds (160×200 cm) and 4 single beds (90×200 cm). 🛋️ Two sofa beds are also available, including one with a real mattress. 👶 A baby cot and high chair can be provided upon request. Living Room & Bathrooms 🛋️ The air-conditioned living room is equipped with two large sofas. 📺 A 65" 4K Ambilight TV with Netflix and Chromecast is available. 🚿 The main bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a bathtub. 🚿 A second bathroom with a shower is also available. 🚽 Two toilets are located on the ground floor and upstairs. 🧺 A washing machine is available. To preserve their peace, excessive noise is not allowed — no large speakers (sound systems), shouting, or loud voices outside, especially in the evening. Please note that only guests included in the reservation are allowed access to the villa (no external visitors without prior approval).
