Unlike most luxurious hotels, all comforters and blankets will be cleaned between each guest as well as the usual sheets, towels, wash clothes and other linens. Amazon Prime and Netflix on Firestick is installed and available on all 3 tvs. This is a quiet community with elderly people living within the condo association. Please do not book/stay, if you cannot agree to the House Rules. What you can always expect is clean and comfortable beds. Full kitchen with spices, sauces, bar mixers and Keurig with pods. Full bathroom upstairs with half bathroom downstairs. Please note this is a condo with the average 30 gallon electric water heater so it will need time to reheat between showers in between guests.
