Villa Tai offers absolute privacy and intimacy in a beautiful house in the middle of olive groves, which is located on the edge of a quiet village Puntera with 2000m2 of land, with lots of olive trees, mandarins and various fruits. It offers a beautiful view of the town of Barban, Sutivanac, Prnjani and the mountain Učka, while on the other side of Puntera has a view of the valley of the river Raša and Raška Bay. The space Villa Tai is stylishly decorated with comfortable interior that contains everything you will need for a completely comfortable stay. The house consists of two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower, separate toilet, large living room and fully equipped kitchen. The living room has access to a covered terrace and a swimming pool. On the terrace there is a summer kitchen and a sitting set for 6 people, where guests can enjoy the hot summer days in the shade. In the spacious garden there is a swimming pool (32m2) with a gorgeous beach where you can enjoy on deck chairs or the shade of a lounge. Fans of barbecue, baking or wok, can try recipes in the fireplace and open kitchen with available water, electricity and dining set. In the garden there are many facilities for the entertainment of the youngest, but also their parents - trampoline, hoops, swings,… Guest access Guests have at their disposal the whole house with a large yard of 2000m2.
