Deck full length of cabin, with French doors as entrance--two bedrooms can accommodate two persons each (also small desk in each), couch in living room area becomes an extra single bed (perfect for small meeting groups). propane heating throughout, comforting fireplace. air conditioned main room. minimal broadband wireless provided (for longer stays, WiFi service available, provided by Spectrum, no tv or telephone (although also available from Spectrum). cell reception not reliable. windows everywhere. views magnificent. Guest access walking (on 11 acre property, trail up to ridge in back, public swimming hole/trout stream across road), Catskill state park, nearby, within about within an hour: New Paltz state university, Bethel Music Center, Woodstock, Kingston (on the Hudson), Rosendale arts communities, Catskill skiing mountains, Delaware River (fishing), hunting, boating, Hudson Valley dining, easy NYC public transportation access, Shawangunk mountains and their world famous trails, ice caves, rural peace and solitude. Deer in the meadows. WiFi availability at guest's expense. The cabin, located in the mountains, has no cell service and to call must be on WiFi calling. $20 nightly fee for WiFi, $200 monthly. Please note again a caution relating to the mountain location. While there is a generator attached to the cabin, the WiFi service is susceptible to storm (etc.) outage.
