A 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom apt located on the second floor of a building. It's 1100 sqft with a large kitchen/breakfast bar and open space living room and dining space. The Empire State Building and Macy's are only a 5 minute walk. We keep the apartment very clean providing fresh linens and towels, our caretaker is on call to help with any issues/concerns you may have. We don't allow any parties in the apt,however pls inquire if you considering a bachelor party. Early/late bag drop off. You must be 23 years or older to be rent (unless more than 30 days), and there can not be more than the registered number of guests at any point in time in the apartment or stay will immediately terminated and rent and security paid will be forfeited. Many New Yorkers choose to live here because it's easy to access any parties of town and all the conveniences the city has to offer are within a block away. Logistically perfect to get anywhere in Manhattan. About 10minute ride to Times Square, The Empire State building is about a 10min walk, groceries, bars, restaurants, movie theater, gym with weekly memberships, all within one to two block radius. East side location makes it easily accessible from JFK and LGA. The green 6 line is two blocks away. Grand Central is a quick walk. Crosstown bus is 4 blocks away. We use Uber and yellow cabs as well as the shared riding app VIA If you're driving, which is not recommended anywhere in Manhattan, you can look for a free spot on the street (hard to come by, check signs carefully) or use the garage right next to our building. Rates are around $50-60/day depending on the size of the car.
