My Airbnb bedroom, with its private ensuite bathroom, is on the 2nd floor (US 3rd floor) of the house, part of the 2nd-3rd floor maisonette apartment where your host lives. There is NO lift. If I am not able to welcome guests personally, the key is left in a keybox. l try and keep a shelf in my fridge empty for my guests. Your private room is on the same floor as the kitchen which can be used. During your stay The owner lives in the apartment where your bedroom with private ensuite bathroom with WC is located. She has her own private space on an upper floor in the apartment. She is normally available to answer questions and generally to be of assistance.
