Felisa's Garden house in Davao (w/ pool & kitchen)

Felisa's Garden house is located in a residential subdivision (Ma-a) near the heart of Davao City. Several interesting places are only a short jeepney or taxi-drive away. Jollibee and Dunkin Donuts are 200 meters away. Our pool gives you time to relax and if you're tired you can cool down in the air-conditioned rooms. We are staying in the same compound and are happy to give you advice regarding your needs! Please contact us for travel arrangements or any additional services you desire. The space The Garden house has a floor area of 60 square meters and a maximum capacity of 5 guests. Together with our Guesthouse, we can host 12 guests (5 in the Garden house and 7 more in our Guesthouse). The master’s bedroom on the second floor has a queen size bed. Floor area is around 12 sqm. The second bedroom located on the first floor has one single bed and one bunkbed. Floor area is around 12 sqm. Both bedrooms in the Garden house have a split type air condition and each has a private bathroom. We are staying in the same compound and are happy to give you advice regarding your needs! Guest access All rooms of the Garden house can be used exclusively. That includes an own kitchen and two bathrooms as well as the dining and living area and the two bedrooms. The private pool in the garden can be used only by our guests staying in the Guesthouse and in the Garden house and by us. The pool is not open to other guests from the outside. Other things to note Felisa’s Garden house was build 2019 and is part of Felisa’s Guesthouse. We are staying in the same compound and are happy to give you advice regarding your needs! Please contact us if you are looking for any of the following: - airport pickup - car rental (with or without driver) - laundry service - catering and provision of food/drinks for your stay here - tours to special destinations in the area - island hoping or special tours to Samal Island Kids below 6 years of age can stay for free in our guesthouse. Kids in the age of 6 years and above are counted for the maximum of 7 people. If you plan to stay in our guesthouse with more then three kids please contact us for an individual arrangement.
