The perfect location for an exciting staycation away from the city life yet well connected to it. Hub@21 offers guests a 4 bedroom duplex house with a sprawling garden and a swimming pool to induce maximum relaxation. A bright and colourful lobby and drawing room is perfect to connect with friends/family. Other things to note Meals and Dining: * We do not have a cook at the property * Delivery order can be placed using Zomato/Swiggy or any other delivery service. Major fast food chains and restaurants deliver to our locations. * We can provide breakfast at an extra charge. Swimming Pool Rules: * Pool timings: 9:00AM-9:00PM * Jumping in the pool is strictly prohibited * No glassware/bottles are allowed near the pool. Disposable glasses for the pool area will be provided. * Non swimmers and kids are not allowed to enter the pool area unattended. * Guests are solely and explicitly liable to using the pool at their own risk. Any accidents/mishaps in the pool shall have no responsibility, explicit or implied on the host. * Pool will be closed for winters from Nov 1 -March 15. Caretaker and Housekeeping: *our caretakers live on the property and have a seperate area. * The caretaker is available during your stay for any assistance. * We provide daily housekeeping. Towels are changed every alternate days and bedding every 5 days for longer stays.
