The house is large and beautiful, dating from the mid-19th century, ideal for friends or family stays, or for seminars / relaxation (< 25 people!). The interior design is quality, 12 bedrooms, a real character, sunny, large garden and pool. The city is a small medieval city that will seduce you for sure, Pons, located between Cognac, Saintes, the Gironde and the Charente... See! The space Beautiful house 11 bedrooms + children's dorm, independent, well-equipped, sunny, well appointed for children, internet, billiards, foosball table, ping pong, swing, with pool and 800 m² garden. Really suitable for family or friends gatherings! Attention: Limited to 25 people. It should be noted, ten bikes, including two electric bikes, enough to take group walks and do, from bell tower bell tower, to the Saintonge churches. The house is located right in the city center of Pons, yet with a large garden and pool. During your stay, a person is at your disposal to make your stay convenient and avoid any noise. Over the four years of renting, our hosts have not encountered any. Everything is made available, voluntarily open, in a house that also serves as a place to live for the family. You will feel at home, if not at home, at least. And, which is not insignificant: in rainy weather, you stay happy in the house: vast, pleasant, possibility to get away, games and activities, library provided with books, music, video... Description: 800 m2 garden, 4.5m x 10m secure outdoor swimming pool. Ground floor: Billiards room, small bedroom double sofa bed, TV lounge, dining room; large living room including American kitchen, large living room 48 m², lingerie and shower room, all overlooking a summer patio of 80 sqm. 1st floor: Four beautiful bedrooms (double bed, and one with an extra single bed), one of which has a bathroom; very nice bathroom. Two other bedrooms, including one bed 1 pl. and the other with three single beds. 2 toilets. 2nd floor: a suite, in the form of two interconnecting bedrooms, another small bedroom, a large dormitory with 5 beds, bathroom, toilet. Guest access To get there, the A10 motorway is very convenient, since the house is 5 km from exit36, “Pons”. Pons has a train station. From Paris, TGV to Angoulême, then car. Otherwise, see Saintes train stations (20 minutes by car) or Cognac (same). Other things to note Rental preferably for at least 2 nights. In the case of a single night booking, a surcharge of the order of 400€ will be requested due to fixed costs. The house cannot accommodate more than 25 people. However, the more the house is not available, the cost is not available. Hence the extra charge of €20 per person per night beyond 10 and up to 16 people. Beyond 16 people, the supplement is 30€ per person, per night. Strangely, Airbnb does not charge anything for more than 16 people. This supplement is to be paid by any means, including on-site. A set of sheets + towel is provided per occupied bed. Included in the price. The swimming pool is not heatable, for an ecological reason. But the tarp that covers it is to some extent heated. The house is a living space made to be occupied by a family. You can find all the amenities there. Any freedom is left to you in the use of the premises. You're expected to occupy them like you're at home. Smoking is not allowed, especially in bedrooms. Pets are welcome, but no more than two. We are very booked on the parties, because of the noise for the neighborhood, so the house must be reasonably quiet after 10 p.m. The only other restrictions concern the pool, for safety reasons: they will be indicated to you by the person hosting.
