The open living area includes a cozy lounge with a flat-screen TV, a dining table for four, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to whip up a delicious homemade meal. A dedicated workspace is also available, complete with a desk, a comfortable chair, and plenty of outlets to keep all your devices charged. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second bedroom offers a double bed — both made up with hotel-quality linens for a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom includes a toilet, sink, walk-in shower, and mirror. A hairdryer, fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries are provided for your convenience. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the apartment, and rest easy knowing a smoke detector is installed for your safety. The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay. Just unpack and enjoy your Parisian getaway! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! Other things to note This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
