This fully furnished waterfront lake house with bunkhouse is just 8' from the water's edge on Lake Winnipesaukee in quiet Tuftonboro, N.H. Enjoy sunsets and stunning views of the lake and mountains from the screened porch, open deck, sitting around the fire pit or on the 30 ft dock. Maximum number of guests is 6. Lawn games, swimming area, gas grill, and 2 kayaks come with rental. This property has been the setting for many wonderful family gatherings. WiFi available. Guest access The main house has 2 bedrooms (1 queen & 1 double). The bunkhouse, just a short distance from the main house, has 3 private bedrooms with queen beds. Blankets and pillows provided but bring your own sheets and bath towels. Bunkhouse rooms have AC but do not have a bathroom or central heat. Guests have access to 2 kayaks, a horseshoe pit, a basketball hoop in the driveway, lawn chairs, a picnic table and reasonable amounts of firewood for the fire pit. Fire pit can be used 5 pm to 10 pm. Quiet time is 10 pm. Other things to note Property is not rented for party gatherings. No smoking, pets, fireworks or loud music.
