Description
Our cozy apartment is located on the edge of the Saarbrücken district of Klarenthal in a quiet location directly by the Warndt Forest. The one-room apartment has been lovingly renovated and furnished by us. The city center can easily be reached in a short time by car or bus. The Völklingen Hütte World Heritage Site is also just a few minutes' drive away. The space The apartment consists of a living room and bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom with window. Parking is free and right by the house. The two windows of the living-sleeping area face the street, which is not very busy. The kitchen is fully equipped and equipped with all the appliances of modern life. In the bathroom you will find original English furnishings with a rain shower. The special thing about our 150-year-old house is the natural building materials with which we have lovingly renovated it in recent years. Clay, wood and other environmentally friendly materials have been used here, giving the space a wonderful living and air quality. Guest access You enter the apartment via a shared hallway. All other rooms are exclusively at the tenants' disposal. We actually only use the hallway to get into the house. From the hallway, access to the apartment starts, then to our apartment and also another, hardly used private guest room. Other things to note In the kitchen, we have a small basic set of coffee, tea, salt, sugar, oil, etc. ready for you. On request, we are also happy to go shopping for you and when you arrive a filled fridge awaits you (please request in advance). The apartment has a smart TV on which you can watch popular TV programs as well as Netflix and Amazon Prime via the app (own accounts required!). It also features a TV stick for normal TV watching. We also offer an adapter for your cell phone or laptop to connect directly to the TV.
