Awesome reclaimed storage container tiny home in the heart of Springdale, UT. Try out "tiny house living" surrounded by the tremendous wonder that is Zion National Park! The views are amazing!! You'll be walking distance to groceries, hardware, coffee shops, restaurants, galleries, gifts, & shuttle stops! 360 degree scenic views of Zion National Park's cliff tops & rock formations set in a unique location with access to gardens, lawn space, various outdoor seating & a large fire pit. This fun & unique space is ideal for someone visiting solo, a couple who likes close quarters or any good friend/family duo who get along in a small space! Sleeps two on a comfy 8" thick mattress on a futon sofa. In the unit there are quilt top covers for the bed along with linens and blankets to make it up nicely. If you need an additional mattress topper for comfort, please let us know. We do have extras available! This is a **tiny space** - fun and modern, but compact, minimal and energy efficient! The outside measurements of the container itself are 8ft. tall & 8ft. wide by 20ft. long. With furniture & fixtures on the inside, the space is more limited. If you are at all concerned about the size of the space or have questions about the specifics of this unit, please feel free to reach out to us. We will be happy to help!! The water heater is small to fit in the small space and maintain efficiency. While there is hot water, please don't expect a long shower or back to back showers at optimal heat. A shared washer and dryer is available for guest use on premises. *If you need a crib/highchair or iron & ironing board - please contact us & let us know ahead of time the items you require so we can have them in your unit, ready to go for you.* There are great views of the red rock mountains from right inside Cozy Tiny Home B. This unit is in a courtyard shared with another tiny house and through a gate to the main yard guests are welcome to access the gardens, lawn, fire pit, etc. The laundry room is on the North side of the main house. There is convenient access to all the amenities you may need in town - take Big Springs Road north to SR-9, then east to find groceries, restaurants, gift and coffee shops, galleries, the post office & the south entrance to Zion National Park. Taking Big Springs road south connects you to Canyon Springs Road, near various hotels and will lead you to the Switchback "complex" which consists of 3 different restaurants, a large gift shop & a lovely little liquor store. Continuing south leads to a duck pond and the river, with access to the bike path. Go further west for additional restaurants, gift & rock shops, another gas station & a city park located near the river with even more trails. Our team of hosts are on-site &/or very close by and are available for any & all reasonable requests from our guests. Airbnb messenger is the easiest way to get through to us, unless we've exchanged personal phone numbers ahead of time! Charming, quiet, unique neighborhood with various trees and gardens great for walking around & getting used to the area. Just minutes to shuttles, shops, restaurants, etc. We have on-site free parking & are within walking distance of the free public shuttle system for Springdale with connecting shuttles into Zion National Park. Private guest access and parking is just off Big Springs Road. It's just a short walk to the local shuttle stops for in-town Springdale service with connections to the shuttles inside Zion National Park. Please note that due to various circumstances involving where our property is located the internet connection can often be hindered. We are in a valley almost completely surrounded by tall hillsides, steep slopes and 2,000 - 4,000 ft. cliffs and peaks. The canyon also has temperature inversions in the morning and evening, as rock and air temperatures heat up and cool down at different rates. These changes can cause breezes & gusts that may move or damage dishes & other equipment. From time to time, we also have incredibly spectacular storms and thunder showers. While these are usually awesome to witness (soothing, cool breezes on warm summer days & nights, beautiful purple tones in the sky, and deep saturated red colors that seem to make the rocks glow), they can also wreak havoc on internet service and create power outages as well as cause flash flooding. If water accumulates around the unit, please exercise caution. If power outages occur or you experience internet issues, please be patient and let us know as soon as possible so we may do our best to solve the issues, provide help and give support. The usual fixes often help with internet issues and we will do everything within our power to keep you connected.
