Cozy Tiny Home (B) - Zion National Park

Come give "tiny home living" a try in this fun & unique reclaimed storage container! Although this space is tiny, it houses everything you'll need for your trip to Zion. The futon can be a comfy couch during the day & when you're ready to call it a night, it folds down to a queen size bed. The kitchenette allows for cooking in a compact space. And the bathroom is set up nicely for getting cleaned up after a day of adventures in Zion National Park! The space This space is ideal for someone visiting solo, a couple who likes close quarters or any good friend/family duo who get along in a small space! Sleeps up to 2 on a queen size futon. This is a **tiny space** - fun and modern, but compact and minimal! The property, originally owned by our grandparents JR & Mavis, has evolved a lot over the years and is in an almost constant state of change & improvement. We hope you enjoy the captivating whimsy of this place that we love so much. We're happy to share it with you! Guest access This unit is in a fenced courtyard shared with another tiny house. Our guests also have access to the large backyard & garden, a variety of outdoor seating areas & fire pit. The shared laundry room is on the north side of the main house. It is complimentary & available for our guests to use anytime! Other things to note The outside measurements of the container itself are 8ft. tall & 8ft. wide by 20ft. long. With furniture & fixtures on the inside, the space is more limited. If you are at all concerned about the size of the space or have questions about the specifics of this unit, please feel free to reach out to us. The water heater is small to fit in the small space and maintain efficiency. While there is hot water, please don't expect a long shower or back to back showers at optimal heat. Due to various circumstances involving the location of the property, the internet connection can sometimes be a bit unpredictable. We are in a valley almost completely surrounded by tall hillsides, steep slopes and 2,000 - 4,000 ft. cliffs and peaks. From time to time, we also have incredibly spectacular rain & thunderstorms, and while these are usually awesome to witness, they can cause issues with the internet service, create power outages & cause flash flooding.
