Alegria Estate Villa

The family friendly Alegria Estate Villa is the one of two spacious villas surrounded by olive trees, in an enclosed area of 1600m2. It is conveniently located 4 km from Lefkada town , at the seaside village of Ligia in a quiet area.Each villa is autonomous without common use areas. At the garden the two villas are separated by an outdoor privacy screen. The space The villa consists of two levels, at a total size of 100 m2. At the ground floor there are the living room,the kitchen and a wc. In the living room there is a sofa and a spacious dining table where you can enjoy your lunch or dinner. The kitchen is separate, bright and fully equipped (fridge, built-in oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, nespresso machine,coffee maker). Upstairs there are the main bathroom and three bedrooms: one double- bed room and two single-bed rooms. The living room and the bedrooms on the first floor have individually controlled air conditioning (a/c). The villa can sleep up to four guests.
