Design Chalet in the Dolomites

Living in unique architecture: Our stylishly furnished chalet in Pliscia, a small hamlet at the entrance of the Gadertal, combines modern design with alpine coziness. High-quality materials such as white exposed concrete and Swiss pine wood characterize the special living ambience. Whether a family, a couple or a solo traveler – here you can enjoy peace, space and impressive views of the mountains. Kronplatz and Pederü are just a few minutes away and offer a variety of leisure activities. The space On the ground floor, there is a spacious living area with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a rain shower, bathtub and toilet. A flat-screen satellite TV, books, magazines and a selection of games for all ages are available for relaxing hours. Upstairs, two cozy double rooms await you. A balcony with a magnificent view invites you to linger and relax. Unfortunately, the house is not accessible due to its hillside location. Guest access There are two separate buildings on the property: our private home, where we live as hosts, and the vacation home, which is available to you during your stay. Our private garage is also located in the vacation home building. You are welcome to store your skis or bicycles there safely, by arrangement and subject to availability. Other things to note Please note: • Pets are not allowed. • Tourist tax: €2.70 per person per night (14 years and above). Tourist tax is not included in the nightly price and must be paid on site.
