Wellanidia Cottage is a small stone house (about 35 square meters) which is almost completely crowned by an ancient oak tree. The guest house is located on a 1600 sqm property, which is located opposite the village of Skoutari. In the immediate vicinity is my tower house and further down on the property a pottery workshop. You are totally on your own here and neither from the village nor from the surrounding path can you see the terrace area. The view of the Aegean Sea is unobstructed The space ...you can also see in the distance (in clear weather) the island of Aphrodite, Kithira! Wellanidia Cottage was built with a lot of love for detail....a German carpenter (interior designer) and a German locksmith were at work here ;) It was completely built from field stones and provided with stone floors. The terrace under the oak invites you to dream and let your soul wander.
