The studio apartment is located in Zelenogradsk, a 5-minute walk from the Baltic Sea, only 16 minutes (1.3 km) from Zelenogradsk-Novy Railway Station. A walk from the apartment to the SPA center (100 meters), to the outdoor paid pool with a Jacuzzi is only 6 minutes (500 m). Maximum occupancy is 5 adults. A baby crib is available on request.
