The apartment - quiet and renovated - is located on the third floor, above the mezzanine. The building does not have an elevator. It comprises an eat-in kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with shower. It is located a short walk from the historic center and the sea. Finished with Vittoria's designs, the apartment offers light, quiet, a TV, radio, books, and a washing machine. Toys, a high chair and a crib are available. There are bars, market and parking lots in the area. No ZTL. The space White and beige are the dominant colors of the house to ensure a feeling of calm and relaxation. The furnishings are modern and essential. Vittoria's drawings (6 years old) are small masterpieces. There is also a double sofa bed in the living area, if there is a need to have separate beds. In the bathroom, there is an aerator that is automatically activated by turning on the light. The house is equipped with a washing machine, kettle, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, hairdryer, clothes rack, ironing board and iron, clothes pins, wine glasses and various types of dishes to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The TV is 50 inches in size and features Amazon Prime and Spotify premium service where you can listen to your favorite music in high fidelity thanks to the connection with Bowers & Wilkins speakers. Internet connection via Wi-Fi is available. Many pocket books are available in Italian, some illustrated books about the city and Sicily, and playing cards, business cards with information for shopping, parking, breakfast.
