The apartment - quiet and renovated - is located on the third floor, above the mezzanine. The building does not have an elevator. It comprises an eat-in kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with shower. It is located a short walk from the historic center and the sea. Finished with Vittoria's designs, the apartment offers light, quiet, a TV, radio, books, and a washing machine. Toys, a high chair and a crib are available. There are bars, market and parking lots in the area. No ZTL. The space White and beige are the dominant colors of the apartment, to guarantee a feeling of calm and relaxation. The furniture is modern and essential. Vittoria's drawings (6 years old) are small masterpieces. A double sofa bed is also available in the living area, if there is a need to have separate beds. The apartment has two balconies (living and master bedroom) where you can sip coffee in the morning, taste a glass of wine in the evening or leave your laundry out to air dry. There are two windows (one in the kitchen and one in the other bedroom) and two little windows (one in the entrance and one in the bathroom). In the bathroom there is the ventilation fan which is activated automatically by switching on the light. The flat is equipped with a washing machine, water kettle, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, hair dryer, clothesline, ironing board and iron, pliers for linen, wine glasses and crockery to make your stay as comfortable as expected. The television is a 50-inch model and comes equipped with Amazon Prime and Spotify Premium services, allowing you to listen to your favorite music in high fidelity thanks to the connection with Bowers & Wilkins speakers. The apartment is equipped with WiFi connection. There are many pocket books in Italian, some illustrated books ablout the city and Sicily, and playing cards, business cards with information for shopping, parking, breakfast.
