Luxury Farm Studio with Stunning Views

Situated high on a hill, this humble farm shed holds a surprising secret. Once working farm shed, the space was transformed in 2019 into a luxurious and private hideaway in the hills. With simply breathtaking views as far as the eye can see, Skyfarm Studio is all about stillness, sunrises and sunsets. Let nature soothe your soul while you enjoy the comforts of the cosy and beautifully curated interiors. Sit by the fire, read a book, reconnect and make lifelong memories. The space Situated on a working rural property, the studio is peaceful and quiet. A few meters from the main home, you have complete privacy with your own parking and entrance. Owners may or may not be on site but always contactable if need be. There may be other guests in the main home as it is rented to short stay guests from time to time. We have a simple kitchen suitable for everything but baking. Microwave, induction hot plate, toaster, coffee machine, soda stream and Weber BabyQ bbq are all at your disposal. We provide milk, tea, coffee pods, oil, salt, pepper and some condiments but we suggest you bring your supplies with you, as we find once our guests arrive, they don't want to leave. We supply fresh local bread for stays of two nights or more. Our driveway is 850m long and is quite rough and bumpy, especially after heavy rain. It is recommended you take it easy and drive slowly. It is suitable for most cars, but is not suitable for very low vehicles. Guest access The space is entirely yours. Other things to note You are on a beautiful rural property, which you are free to roam at your leisure. Please use the gates to move from paddock to paddock. We are approximately 7kms from the beautiful town of Rylstone or 1/2hr drive from Mudgee. We are next door to De Beaurepaire wines, approx 20mins drive from stunning Ganguddy and on the door step of the breathtaking Capertee Valley.
