Gran View Apartments is a building of modern and spacious luxury apartments in Madrid’s legendary Gran Via, one of the key hubs in the city where you will find shops, restaurants, theatres, and some of the city’s most iconic buildings. They can accommodate up to 8 people (3 rooms with two double bed and 2 single beds and a sleeper sofa). Guest access At the gym on the 12th floor of the Gran View Apartments building, you can do exercise during your leisure or business trip to Madrid. It is equipped with a range of machines for cardiovascular workouts and weights. It also features natural sunlight and offers spectacular views. There is also a shower and dressing room for maximum comfort. You can enjoy the summer in Madrid in our pool with a Jacuzzi and our rooftop bar of Gran View Apartments. Imagine taking a dip in the open air and soaking up the sun while taking in the views of the Gran Via in Madrid. Other things to note The entrance at the apartment is from 15pm. If you arrive before that time, we can store your luggage until your apartment is ready. Deposit fee of 300€ will be requested at the arrival. This amount will be refunded after the departure of the Client, and once the condition of the accommodation has been checked. The credit / debit card with which the reservation was made at the reception. The housekeeping is not included in the price, the cleaning fee will be 35 euros / cleaning. Smoking in the apartments is strictly prohibited and if you do, you will be penalized with 300 euros. Noise, vibrations and loud music and parties and other annoying activities are prohibited. Rest hours are from 22:00 to 09:00 and must be respected. Check-out time will be at 11am. You can store your luggage or ask for a late check-out at the reception. Children of any age are welcome.
