Beautiful home on the golf course with enclosed lanai housing private pool and brand new built in grill. Lovely room with queen bed and newly updated bath. Area closes off with pocket doors for privacy. 4 miles to beach. Lovely room with queen bed.. Sleeps 2 comfortably. There is a newly remodeled bathroom with a double sink and tub/shower for your use. Bath is shared with room mate that is gone from 7 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday.She uses the bath between 6 and 7 AM. The bath has been shared this way for 6 years, so all my reviews included her sharing the bath. Room has a flat screen TV with all cable channels and Wifi. Beautiful, spacious contemporary home. Large, newly remodeled open kitchen and living area. Great outdoor space with 6 lounge chairs, built in grill, bar area and 6 person dining area. All under cover of a screened in lanai. Private, gated community. Minutes to beach, tiki bars, restaurants, shopping, golf, fishing and water sports, entertainment and all that the Jupiter/Tequesta area has to offer. All outdoor facilities, pool, grill and dining area and washer/dryer. All kitchen facilities, cookware, utensils, use of indoor dining room. With the exception of the master bedroom area, on other side of the house, a basic run of the house. Beach chairs and towels included! These amenities are for guests only, not guests of guests. I live here, but keep to myself. I'm happy to show you everything and make your trip a pleasure. I love to share all that makes Jupiter/Tequesta area so special. Beautiful, quiet yet minutes away from fabulous restaurants, tiki bars, beaches, world class shopping, 30 minutes to the Palm Beach International Airport, and golf courses galore! There is no public transit. Best to rent a car or use cab service. There is a shuttle from the airport which runs around $35.00 per person. We have a driveway, but have 3 cars. Parking can be in the driveway, but must allow owners vehicle to go in and out. Your stay can be quiet and peaceful or as busy as you like as the location is beautiful and peaceful, yet you are just minutes away from tons of entertainment, sports, beaches, sightseeing, shopping and restaurants.
