Refuge in Paraty: one-story house, swimming pool and nature

A very charming and cozy house, in a reserved corner of the condominium, with a wide view of the gardens and the Pereque-Açú River. It is for my personal and family use, so it is designed with all care and affection. So when we're not using it, my guests can enjoy the entire structure. Surrounded by greenery, birds and tranquility, from the balcony you can enjoy birds and small marmosets. Boats cruise along the riverbed, adding a colorful touch to the landscape. The space The house has excellent infrastructure for your comfort and leisure, with full ventilation and natural lighting, which make the rooms very pleasant, overlooking the Condominium gardens and/or the river. Designated parking space at the back of the house, with direct access to the laundry room – no stairs – facilitating the unloading of people and luggage. Full laundry with sink, clothesline, washer and dryer. Full kitchen with duplex refrigerator (*), 4-burner stove and oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, coffee maker, mixer, blender, among other appliances, dishes, pots and utensils in general. First-rate trousseau, with bed, table and bath linens. 1900w hairdryer, Smart TV, bluetooth/USB receiver stereo with two speakers. Steamer and iron. 110V electrical outlets and voltage transformer with 220V outlet. Integrated living room with kitchen, which has a powerful dedicated air conditioner, 12,000 BTUs. All the cabinets, both in the kitchen and in the living room, have objects for my personal use and that of my family, which are separated by locked doors. In addition, there are free doors and space for guests' belongings during the stay. Everything in the house can be used with due care. (*) Inside the refrigerator, I leave some spices that are for my personal use, but that are available to all guests! I also leave some dry food and drinks inside the refrigerator. These can be enjoyed, with proper replacement when leaving the house. If you prefer the refrigerator to be completely empty, just make this request before you enter the property. I have several books in the house, available to everyone for reading and entertainment. In the suite, there is a queen-size bed, private bathroom, wardrobe and split air-conditioning, 12,000 BTUs. In the bedroom closet there is a door for free use, with hangers and shelf. The other doors contain objects for personal use and for this reason remain locked. A full bathroom makes this suite special, with a view from the shower (electric shower and cold water shower) directly to the river. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, a wardrobe and a 9,000-BTU split air conditioner. In the closet of this room there are two doors for free use, with hangers and shelf. Also drawers in the beds and wardrobes. Some doors contain personal items and for this reason remain locked. I leave some toys available for children to use. Wi-Fi internet service, provided by NET, shared with the other structures of the Condominium. Unit 107 has its own individual router, which ensures good signal distribution inside the house. OI TV subscription package, with 126 channels. Guest access The entire house (unit 107) is for the exclusive use of the guest during the rental period. The condominium's common areas such as the barbecue, gardens and swimming pool can be shared with people from the other units, and use by my guests is free during the hosting period. Visitors of guests are not allowed to use the shared spaces. Other things to note Absolutely family-friendly environment. Silence is requested after 10 p.m. Check-in time from 3:00 pm. Check-out time until 12:00 p.m. (noon) Special needs to change these times must be communicated and agreed upon in advance. As a rule of the condominium management, the house is only allowed to be occupied by up to (and at most) 4 (four) people per rental period, including children. Failure to comply with this rule may result in a fine to be passed on to the guest. I emphasize that check-in times (from 3:00 p.m.) and check-out times (until 12:00 p.m.) must be respected.
