Located in the 20th arrondissement, Saint-Blaise district, a small island in Paris, close to the very pleasant Place de la Réunion, and close to transportation. Very bright and sunny, crossing and airy, with two nice usable balconies. Very quiet. The apartment is on the 5th floor, without elevator access! The space 1 bedroom (bed 160 x 200), 1 office with balcony and a sofa bed (140 x 200), it can preferably accommodate 3 people maximum (with 4 people, you have to squeeze around the table). A living room with a large picture window opening onto a balcony. A nice little equipped kitchen (induction hobs, oven and fridge - no microwave), shower room, separate toilet. TV, Wi-Fi. No short stays. 6 nights minimum. Week, two weeks, month. Guest access Entire home. 5th floor without elevator. Sports facilities and swimming pool 5 min walk. Other things to note The apartment is non-smoking. Smoking: on the balcony only. Parties are forbidden (you can have a quiet evening with a few friends, but not play music all night).
