The villa is a self-contained, self-catering luxury villa, with its own driveway, private grounds, 6 bedrooms (12 guests) & a single sofa bed (+1 guest). We aim to complement the beautiful natural scenery with comfortable facilities that are in harmony with the environment and the peaceful location. The space This amazing villa is situated right at the edge of a secluded, natural coastal height. The clean, calm spaces allow guests to relax and take in the unique views of the Aegean, nearby islands and neighbouring forest. The villa has its own driveway, grounds and gardens, private swimming pool and pool-side shaded atrium. The main interior spaces consist of an open plan kitchen and lounge, separate large living room, 5 double bedrooms, 3 of which have their own private balconies with magnificent sea and forest views. There are 2 bathrooms/shower-rooms. There is also 1 spacious open plan attic bedroom with two single beds and its own bathroom and a single sofa bed in the living room. This by no means exclusive to those listed and hope you do your own exploring to find new favourites to share as well. - Grocery stores : AB Vasilopoulos, Lidl and Kritikos are the largest supermarkets around the area, but there are several smaller, good stores, bakeries and butchers in town. Fresh fish, fruits, bottled water and vegetables are available in most stores. - Restaurants : There are many and some of our favourites are Alexandra - a must go, Salt & Pepper, Drougas Bakery for freshly made Greek baked goods, breakfast or light snacks, Ostria cafe at the far end of the harbor is a great place for cockteils, To ouzeri tou psara fish tavern and Papadias, a longtime favorite fish restaurant. - Liquor Stores : The largest is Bissias Wine Spirits. - Shopping : Porto Heli, Kranidi and in Spetses island offer a large selection of styles. - Nightlife : Local cafes & cocktail bars are along the harbor, but don't miss a chance to head over to the "old harbour" in Spetses island, where the real nightlife is very good. PLACES where we ENJOY GOING - Porto Heli is ideally suited for local travel to Ermioni, Didima, Kranidi or Koilada. Locations of more historical significance include the ancient amphitheater at Epidavros, the ruins of Mycenae and the picturesque fort at Nafplion by land and to Hydra, Spetses and Monemvasia by sea. - One special place we enjoy with our grandchildren is "Giagias Family Farm". The hosts guide the children through their organic farm including feeding the turkeys, chicken, geese, goats and lamp. They harvest the fresh eggs, walk through the fresh vegetable garden and prepare breakfast, lunch, brunch and dinner. - Bouboulina Museum & Katafyki Gorge. - Ermionis Honey Museum and shop. Another great place to visit with children. - Only minutes away is Kosta, where you can take a 5-minute water taxi ride to Spetses for excellent night life, daytime shopping adventures and swimming or explore the endless coastline for private swimming coves if you choose. - Swimming nearby is divided generally into 2 areas : west along the road towards Ververonda & east towards Kosta.
