Located 12minutes on foot from Ikebukuro station, one of the most useful station in Tokyo where total of 8 train lines and subway lines are available, my house is easy to get to from Tokyo's airports and has excellent access to many tourist spots. No matter what the purpose of your visit is, my house would be your perfect base in Tokyo. My place is not an apartment, but a two-story house. The house has 4 bedrooms. The bedroom#4 on the 2nd floor is host's room. 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor are for guests. Room #1 and room #2 is separated by the sliding doors. When the sliding doors are left open, room #1 and room #2 become a large bedroom. Room #2 and #3 are equipped with the air conditioners(heater). Each bedroom has the lock for your privacy and has a large closet for you to store your belongings, although the sliding doors don't have lock. The rooftop deck includes a small seating area with a parasol for 4 persons. You can enjoy a drink, a meal or smoking. The shared living space is equipped with a wooded ceiling fan, an underfloor heating system, and an air conditioner. You should feel comfortable even in summer or winter. It's impossible to watch Japanese TV broadcasts. TV is not connected to the antenna. It’s possible to connect HDMI cables and you can use TV as a display when you play games or watch movies. The kitchen is stocked with 3 gas burners, a toaster, an electric kettle, a refrigerator, a microwave, a rice cooker, dishes, glasses, silverware, and basic cooking utensils. No food provided. Please buy food at supermarkets or eat at restaurants. I usually eat at restaurants. I hardly cook, so please feel free to use the kitchen. Fresh linen, towels, toilet papers, tissues, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, detergent, and fabric softener are provided. DIRECTIONS: I will provide you the address and excellent walking directions from the nearest station after your booking. 2) CAN I ADD EXTRA BEDS? Unfortunately it's impossible to prepare them. 3) DO YOU CHARGE FOR CHILDREN? Children of age 5 and under are NOT accepted to stay for their safety. Children of age 5 and over are counted as guests. 4) WHY IS THE PRICE DIFFERENT FROM THAT I AM CALCULATING? The total price is composed of 4 parts: 1.
