Modern apartment with green views

We're located in a quiet area in between two gardens, with lots of light and a balcony. Walk just three minutes to Avenida America, a major transport hub which will connect you with the city centre or the airport in just 20 minutes. We are close to the Salamanca neighbourhood with its upmarket boutiques, cafes and restaurants. If you happen to plan a visit to the IE, Bernabeu or the National Auditorium, you'll be within walking distance, too. We'd love to welcome you. The space We're on the top (3rd) floor. The flat has two bedrooms. Room 1 has a double bed (queen size). Room 2 has two single beds that can be put together to form a double bed. PLEASE NOTE: Room 2 will remain locked unless you book for 3 or 4 people. Our kitchen is brand-new and includes a fridge, small freezer, oven, dish washer and washing machine. All 6 windows look out over the gardens on both sides of the house. There's lots of cupboard space for you to use. There's a balcony with space for 2, ideal for a breakfast in the sun. Guest access If you struggle to meet our check-in and check-out times, let us know. Depending on when our next booking is, we may be able to receive you earlier, let you check out later, or let you leave your luggage in the apartment while you enjoy the last hours of your visit.
