Two aircon units, HIGH SPEED INTERNET connection with up to 300mbps, 40"led smart TV with built-in apps like Netflix (subscription required) ,YouTube and Chromecast. New double sized bed and kitchen set ups. Self check-in and self check-out is available w/ smart lock/codes subject to move-in and move-out clearance. Minimum stay is 30 days. Electricity consumption in excess of Php3,000 shall be paid separately. The space The condo unit is a 36 square meter space (387.5 sq ft). It has one room with a full double size bed (54"x75") and a very sturdy sofa bed in the living room, toilet & bath with water heater. The unit have two aircon units, one in the living room with split type aircon (inverter type) and the other one (window type) in the bedroom. The TV set up has a unique rotary mechanism with a 40"Full HD"- android smart TV for viewing in the living room and in the bedroom. High speed fiber- powered internet connection with unlimited data is part of the rate (Ookla speed test average 150-300MBPS). Easily fits three to a max of four persons (the 4th person sleeps in a floor mattress). The 3rd person if minor stays for free, 3rd(adult) & 4th person pays additional fees on booking. Guest access With the approved move-in clearance, guest/s is required to present ID's of each guest for verification and register personal details at the reception kiosk. After registration, the guest/s will be assisted by our courteous security personnel to the condo unit. Door opening access codes must be entered securely. Aside from the digital lock codes, you will be provided with an RFID key tag and the main door standard key. Other things to note The unit has a video door viewer/door bell to see the person outside the door. For security purposes, the main door is equipped with digital door lock system with touch pad , RFID tag and standard key for the deadbolt lock. Self check-in and self check out is possible. Digital codes will be provided for early or late check-ins. Digital codes are replaced every guest's check ins. The Wi-fi access /password is posted on the house guide folder which contains important information about the unit and its amenities. Kindly read and refer to this from time to time. Public pay parking is available at the mall a short walking distance to the condo building. There is a free shuttle available at designated stops to drop you off at any distance within the complex.
