Romantic villa with pizzaoven

Our villa is cozy, private and typical Danish. The house is big, 260, with a wonderful garden. We have 5 rooms on the first floor. Groundfloor has a kitchen, dining room and two livingrooms; one with chess and backgammon. The basement has a bedroom with direct access to the garden, and a punchingbag and rowingmachine. The garden has a saltwater pool in the summer, a sauna and an inflateable spa in the winter. We also have budgies, quails, chickens and tortouises. Our dogs are with us. The space Our villa is in a nice neighborhood. It is a 5-10 minutes walk from the center of Lyngby. Bakery, groceries and pizza is 2 minutes from the house. The beach is a 10 minutes drive, the lakes are within walking distance. Copenhagen is a 12 minutes drive or 20 minutes by train from Lyngby. The house is recommended for families, couples, teenagers. It is not recommend for people with smaller children as ours has grown up. Our garden is absolutely amazing. Flowers, animals, terraces and the oppotunity to make your own pizzas makes it cozy. In the summer our saltwater pool is an option as well. The sauna will be ready in july 2025. The inflateable spa in the winter. If you are looking for a private, romantic and cosy home, our house will suit you. If you are looking for a typical "rent out place", this is not it! We do not rent out to people who book for someone else or companies. Guest access While you are here the entire house is for your use. I might come around to feed the animals unless you have agreed to take care of them during your stay. Other things to note This is a typical villa area in Denmark. . Notice that we have animals. The dogs will be with us, while you are here. Budgies, quails, chickens and tortoises are here during your stay. Enjoy our mini- zoo.
