It is ideal for groups of friends and families who wish to spend their holidays together, as it has a capacity for up to 12 people. They can be comfortably accommodated in any of the 3 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with two single beds, and 1 bedroom with a bunk bed. To accommodate all twelve guests, two additional single beds can be placed in two of the largest double bedrooms. Four out of the five bedrooms are equipped with high-powered ceiling fans to cool the rooms, as well as the living room. There is a living room on the ground floor with a large table for up to 12 people, where you can enjoy a meal together while others sunbathe and relax in the garden, thanks to the large glass doors throughout the living room that connect both areas. The kitchen is very spacious and fully equipped (cutlery, crockery, coffee maker, microwave, induction hob, oven, American fridge, etc.). You can enjoy an outdoor meal using the 6-burner gas BBQ located in the garden and relax on the large outdoor sofa or on the sun loungers. There is a swimming pool measuring 6.5m by 4m and 1.5m deep. There is free parking at both the front and the back of the house for more than 10 cars. The wide beach of Las Salinas is less than 300m away and can be accessed from the back door of the house for greater convenience. Other things to note - Beds will be assigned according to the number of guests in the reservation. - There is a charge for water consumption exceeding 1.5m³ per day. - There is a charge for electricity consumption exceeding 25 kWh per day. - The house is equipped with CCTV cameras at the front and in the back garden. - BBQ: Please make sure the BBQ is cleaned after use. - Cleaning: The €150 cleaning fee covers bed linen, towels, and the set-up of the chalet. Please note that this amount will not cover excessive mess, damage, or furniture left out of place. If the house is left in poor condition or very disorderly, €100 may be deducted from the deposit. - For more than 10 guests, there is an extra charge of €10 per night per guest. - The garage of the house is reserved for administration purposes, and guests will not have access to it during their stay. The administration staff may access the garage through the external sliding door at any time during your stay.
