Our humble,homely, little house is original with retro furnishings. It’s not perfect BUT you will feel comfortable. As it is close to the botanical gardens - you may see the odd insect. (Please do not book of this is a concern) You have sole access to the cottage. There will be others on site with minimal disturbance. We have 2 queen beds and a fold down sofa couch PLEASE ASK FOR EXTRA LINEN IF NEEDED The space Our tiny cottage is ideal for those who just want to relax after a busy day. It’s not perfect, but it’s homely. Expect to see some weeds and the odd cobweb. You will enjoy the spa bath or watch a movie on one of the smart TVs (own login required) We are within walking distance to the popular Botanical Gardens and the CBD Guest access You have exclusive use of the house and covered deck You are welcome to use the shared outside deck (TV not getting signal at present) The caravan, studio at the side of the house and sheds are private - please respect our privacy. Other things to note Please tell us a bit about your group , why you are coming to Gizzy and how many people are staying We are in the process of redecorating our humble house- “Excuse the wallpaper and carpets” We are in an elderly age group street. Please respect our neighbours - No loud music on the deck between 11pm-7am. No parties, gatherings and only paying guests on site. We do not charge a cleaning fee. Please leave our house as you find it, take the linen off the beds before leaving if you have time. The laundrette is 500 Metres away on Palmerston Road - towards MacDonalds. You can buy the card to operate the machines and washing liquid inside the laundrette. Our place is perfect for those who want to chill . No illegal drugs - marijuana and meth etc !!! Please cigarettes away from the house Do not touch behind the TV’s !!!! Please look after the remotes. Replacements for lost remotes will cost $30 The dishwasher doesn’t work. The stove is quite old BUT There is an induction bench top element, air fryer, rice cooker and microwave
