Big 100 m2 classical civic apartment with a long history, becoming an origo for artists. We renewed it to keep things from the past, and form it in a modern way. Enjoy the balcony above the nice Kanzinczy str. and the flat with all the features needed for a cozy private stay. The space The apartment (100 m2) has three big rooms with own entry, plus they can be opened together as an entire free space. There is one bed in every room: a double, a single, and a nice sofa bed suitable also for couples. The middle room serves as a living room. From here opens the balcony with a nice view to the authentic Kazinczy street. A bathroom with bath tube, and a fully equipped kitchen is also waiting for you with unique design and maximal functionality. Guest access The entire residence is for you. - One big living room - Two bedrooms - In the living room there is a sofa bed, so you have three standalone separated rooms, if you wish, or an open free big space with all rooms connected. - Balcony with a nice view
