Pajoka Eco Beach House

It is located in a traditional Konjo Village in South Sulawesi where the first boat builders were originated from. This villa was built on an isolated part of Pantai Mandala Ria beach where remoteness, relaxation and peacefulness become one. The space Sitting right in front of a 1.5 km long white sand beach, the Pajoka beach house offers privacy and a close connection to nature as the only permanent dwelling on the beach. We have a tree house as well!. This three bedrooms home comes with a fully equipped kitchen, library, and a large porch which almost hangs over the beach. Built using sustainably sourced materials, the coconut trees were sourced from the neighboring village, and the house doesn’t have AC. In the area, there are caves to explore, corals to discover, and unique culture to experience. It's a bit of adventure getting to our villa. When you arrive in Makassar, you need to either rent a car to get to Ara village or take public transport. If you are a group it is worth renting a car, it'll be a cheaper and more comfortable than taking the public transport. If you need more info about anything please send us a message. Please be informed that the house is located next to the Phinisi Boat building site, therefore there are some construction happening nearby. Noises can be heard from the house during the day.
