New accommodation of 100 m2 near the city center (5 minutes walk) with three large rooms, bright, full kitchen and bathroom with large shower. The rooms are all different (see photo). On the ground floor a bar for every small catering service. Ski storage, 1 car park for a fee under the house if available, other covered parking at 200 meters. Third floor of a quiet building. By law in Italy, linen, sheets and towels, and cleaning are the prerogative of hotels. You can bring your own linen. Otherwise we have agreements with a laundry which provides a paid service of €20 per room per stay. Cleaning is mandatory for reasons of hygiene and costs depending on the length of the stay from €25/30 for single room rental to €45/60 for the entire accommodation, to be paid separately upon delivery of the keys, use of the kitchen and related cleaning in any case it remains the responsibility of the guest. Failure to comply with this rule entails an extra cost of €50. A security deposit of 100 euros is required which will be returned upon check out. Guest access Guests can take advantage of a kitchen equipped to their liking, it requires cleaning as used. The kitchen is not part of the spaces cleaned by the company. The Meeting Point for ceck in simplicity can be made at the adjacent Joli Coin bar, at number 1, some guests found it hard to find the number 3 that is around the corner under the portico of the bar building, in fact not really in sight.
