Historic waterfront home on the Eastern Shore!

Walk back in time and stay at a Magnificent waterfront historical home on 50 acres on the Eastern Shore of Virginia, with views of the barrier islands. Our home originally was built in the 1600s and played a role in the Revolutionary War. We even have a ghost story in the history books! The wetlands protect our property and the environment and have so many fun creatures! Fiddler crabs! Snails! Kayak off our property for a relaxing trip of a lifetime! We have nature, but no microwave or TV! The space You can sit in the living room and look at the large variety of shore birds, including eagles, osprey, great blue heron, egrets, owls and hummingbirds fly by. Or go kayaking right off our wetlands into the Atlantic Ocean. Or, explore our historical house, with original flooring, wooden nails and famous ghost stories. Guest access They have access to the house, an adult and child bicycle, 5 kayaks, a fishing rod and crab pots (but you have to get the bait!). Other things to note Please note we are required to charge a 5% occupancy tax. Please be prepared to remit this amount separately from the Airbnb charges.
