Walking distance to restaurants, shopping. This home is located just outside of downtown and is minutes from 3 golf courses, downtown, Myers Park, museums & more. The space This home is 1 mile and a quick, easy 4 minute drive to the Capitol. •This fully renovated home is located in the historic area of the city just outside of Downtown/Myers Park District -Food (some of the best in the city), drink, fun, and shopping are all very, very close. This is a very cool residential neighborhood just a short trip to all the action. Perfect location for exploring all the historic sites and museums in the Capitol City. We are only a few minutes away from the Capitol building, Cascades Park, and 3 golf courses, Challenger Learning Center, Historic Capitol Museum (which is really great) and the Civic Center. • Your own PRIVATE home - Large, spacious, Shower, Hairdryer, Fresh towels etc. Fully-stocked with all the shampoo and things you will need. -2 Queen Bed for 2 (sleeps 4) and 1 king bed for 2, soft pillows, linens, towels, 3 large flat screen Smart TV so you can login to your own Netflix, Prime Video or HULU account. • Large kitchen - Open concept with an area to eat and with everything you need to design a gourmet feast, top of the line appliances, microwave, toaster, coffee maker , dishwasher, stainless Make any food you want - if it is really good, give me some. Make coffee in the morning - always available -- you have your very own little coffee bar. • Very large living area, WiFi, HDTV with HDMI hook-up and Smart TV, • Large dining area - seats lots 6 • Outside patio - It’s screened in and you access directly from the living room. • Full air conditioning / heating in the home - be hot, be cool (most likely one at a time) • Washer and Dryer for you to use • This is a very large and comfortable space that you will be free to enjoy as you wish (this is your vacation after all). You will have lots of privacy and as well as the city, you have Smart TV’s with lots of login options for you to choose from.... or just relax and chat. Please do not park in neighbors' spaces in the rear parking lot. • Trash service includes 2 cans for household waste & recycling located in front of the unit; courtesy roll-out is provided for Monday service.
