Detached room second floor in a typical wooden house. Located in the heart of the historic center on the way to the port of Dinan. Private shower and toilet. (except riverside). Shower and private toilet. Fans in each room the stone house remains fresh even in summer. Second bedroom available for your friends at certain times specified in the announcement. 17m2 (To access it make a request for 3 or 4 travelers). Two double bed, one can be separated in two beds. You share shower and toilet of the master bedroom. Breakfast: tea kettle and coffee soluble available to make yourself breakfast. Small fridge available for frugal use. The house is old and despite an isolation so in my presence, the loud voice and impacts are audible a certain discretion is therefore to be respected for the best neighborhood. Welcome !
