Large country house that can accommodate *family *group of friends the cottage can accommodate up to 9 people . ideally located in the heart of the Rhône Alpes region in the Ain department 5 minutes from Belley, 40 minutes from Chambery, 30 minutes from Aix les bains, 15 minutes from culoz. Close to many lakes (Lake Barterand, Lake Virieux, Lake Bourget). Parking in front of the house 4 cars maximum. The space Large semi-detached country house in a small village located 5 minutes from Belley. The house has an area of 200 m* Everyone can have their own well-defined space. 2 bathrooms with bath and shower on the bedrooms. 1 Bedroom with 2 simple beds. 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed and 1 single. 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 140. 1 bedroom with a 160 bed. One toilet on each floor. A washing machine in a bathroom . Ability to have a high chair on site in the house. The house can accommodate 3 couples . Sleeps 9 people maximum. On the ground floor: A living room with TV and VCR. A large dining room heated by an oil-burning stove. The main room is also equipped with 2 large electric radiators. In the kitchen 2 raclette/crepiere machines for 6 people each. 1 fondue set for 8 people The kitchen is equipped with a kettle, toaster, electric coffee maker and microwave. A fridge freezer A dishwasher, A stovetop with 4 gas fires and an electric oven. You will find everything on site(pots, pans,do everything,pressure cooker,robot for soups and pasta a çrepes,blender to beat the eggs in snow. Towels provided. Kitchen heated by electric heater. During the warmer months, you will find a charcoal barbecue in the room adjacent to the kitchen. The cleaning fee is included in the price, but I ask for a minimum level of cleanliness, such as EMPTYING THE TRASH CANS and TAKING THEM TO THE PUBLIC DUMPSTER. Sanitary facilities must be made clean. Guest access You can occupy the whole house except 2 rooms that I reserve (1 Bedroom and 1 storage room) Other things to note For your safety, please do not smoke inside the house due to the many wooden beams inside. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi. Please take good care of the home during your stay and treat everything as you would treat your own property. I provide bedding: bed sheets, pillow, duvet, and duvet cover. Please note that I do not provide TOWELS. Please remove the used sheets before you leave and leave them in each bedroom. For unused beds, please leave the clean linens on the beds. Please leave the duvets folded on the beds.
