Whether you are travelling for work (4.5 km from the power station) or on a family holiday, this cottage is for you ! Located in a small village, far from the noise and the hustle and bustle of the city, you will be lulled by the lapping of the water and the magnificent view of the Vienna.  You can rest on its pleasant terrace or cool off with a quick dip in the river. If fishing is your passion, you will have 200 meters of private shoreline to lay your lines. The space This 135 m2 cottage includes a common room with exposed stones (35 m2) with living room, TV, DVD player, radio, fireplace (non-functional), fully equipped kitchen, (freezer fridge, 4-burner induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave , senseo coffee makers, kettle , toaster and everything you need to cook), 3 bedrooms with magnificent river views, 2 toilets, 1 bathroom, small garden and terrace. The cottage can be rented for the WE, at night, week or month. To be pleasant to you, sheets can be lent to you free of charge upon request as well as towels, soap and a hair dryer. If you want your privacy, I would recommend the Aubineau room (30m2, a 140-person bed, antique parquet, Poitevin fireplace (non-functional), dresser, wardrobe, iron and ironing board and closet). With its private toilet, you will enjoy the splendid view of Vienna without being disturbed. If you prefer to have the shared bathroom in your room, you will choose the Dive room (30m2, a bed of 140, a dresser, a closet, a wardrobe, old parquet). To preserve your privacy, you can close the wide Japanese sign that will sift the light while preserving you from the prying eyes of your friends. Finally, with its 4 beds of 90, the Vienna room (40 m2, antique parquet floor, a dresser) is rather dedicated to children but it is nevertheless possible to bring two beds together to get a bed of 180 more suitable for a couple. If you work at night, the calm of the site and the full shutters will allow you to sleep peacefully. Wifi is done through a 4G box allowing you to capture throughout the cottage. We can provide you with garden furniture, barbecue, raclette machine, baby bed, high chair on request. We draw the attention of parents of very young children to the fact that the river is located about twenty meters from the cottage. The small garden is fully enclosed, it will be possible to close the gate for added safety. We also inform you that the cottage has stairs and that these cannot be protected by gates. For your information, the rooms can not be locked. In addition, guests will need to cross the two bedrooms upstairs to get to the bathroom. You will access the river (which is about twenty meters from the terrace) thanks to a small beach where you can laze in the sun or put your canoe in the water. You can also put your fishing gear or canoe in a locked space upon request. Other things to note Unfortunately, this accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility due to the stairs.
