Studio Tropical, a converted garage into a studio located on the domain at an apartment/room rental house, suitable for up to two adults. Equipped with coffee maker, fridge, freezer, stove and kettle. Bathroom with sink, shower and bidet. Terrace, sun terrace and swimming pool shared with apartment. Provided: kitchen towels, towels, bedding. The space Cozy studio, formerly a garage is located on the domain where the owner lives and also rents rooms. The studio includes a double bed and a sofa, kitchen, and private bathroom. Quietly located 11 km from the city, lots of parking in the street. Possibility of cooking, and use the BBQ , outdoor swimming pool with terrace. Guest access Guest access Guests can check in independently thanks to a key lockbox with a code at the studio. The entrance gate to the property is equipped with a smart lock, allowing guests to enter safely and easily upon arrival. During their stay, guests have full and unlimited access to the studio and the outdoor areas designated for them. Other things to note Pool rules You are not allowed to use the accommodation’s bath towels at the swimming pool. Guests must bring their own beach towels for use by the pool. Around the swimming pool, it is mandatory to wear flip-flops or sandals. The floor can get very hot in the summer. Swimming is only allowed in swim trunks, shorts, a bikini, or a swimsuit. No long robes or nude swimming.
