Home in St. Petersburg

The space This house was renovated in 2014 and used as a second home. In 2019 new paint and new furniture was added. When not in use I would like others to have the opportunity to rent this house and enjoy the sunny beaches, and downtown that St. Petersburg, FL has to offer! There are 2 furnished bedrooms, one bedroom with a King size bed, one with a queen bunk bed with a twin bed on the top bunk. The third room has a full size futon and futon chair (very small). There is a privacy curtain for the 3rd bedroom. There is a futon in the kitchen/living room area and a queen size bean bag chair that folds out to a bed. There are 4 air mattresses available and plenty of linens. Please do not sleep on the couch. Can sleep 7 comfortably and no more than 8 (if you have smaller crew!) Very spacious and simple (not cluttered!) There is a fenced in backyard that is spacious for lounging around and reading. The entry is through the back of the house underneath a car port. It is very close the pier and the venoy park which is awesome to walk and bike and sit at the beach/bay and watch the dolphin and manatee. It is about a 20 minute drive to the gulf beaches (St. Pete Beach, Mederia Beach, Treasure Island) Other things to note Please look in the book and also the closets for extra blankets, ironing board, hair dryer, or any cleaning supplies if needed!
