The space The 170 m2 house is composed of a large 80 m2 living room and kitchen, 3 double bedrooms as well as a studio with its own small kitchen, and 3 bathrooms. * LIVING ROOMS * - On the ground floor, the 50 m2 living/dining room, (sofa bed, a large 4-meter table, TV, DVD player, DVDs in English and French, children's games) - The 30 m2 kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and other small appliances. *OUTDOOR* - A large terrace with tables for 14 people and garden chairs and hammock. - Private parking for your vehicles at the back of the house. - Land with lawn of 1000 m2 at the front of the house and more than 1500 m2 at the back. - A small henhouse for our geese and chickens. * STUDIO 1* The ground floor has a fully equipped studio, with a double bed (140), a sofa bed (140), a small equipped kitchen and a bathroom with walk-in shower. Studio 1 has a separate entrance to the terrace and a door that leads to the main kitchen. * BEDROOM 2* Upstairs, the master bedroom is renovated with exposed oak beams, a double bed (140) and a BZ sofa bed. It has a large dressing room and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. *BEDROOM 3* Bedroom 3 has a double bed (140), an exposed stone wall, a few shelves, and a suede armchair for your readings by the window. *BEDROOM 4* This room has a double bed (140), some shelves, green & brass & velux decor. *BATHROOM* The upstairs bathroom with its walk-in shower and separate toilets are shared for bedroom 3 & 4. Guest access The house and garden will be rented exclusively to you! So you can enjoy the whole garden and the whole house. You can also park at the back of the house, we have private parking that can accommodate a large number of cars. Other things to note The house is quiet, surrounded by fields and forest, but just outside the village which gives you access to a grocery store with local products available 5 minutes walking from the house.
