Village Villa Mimis

From the small traditional village of Drapanias, the mountain road leads up to the neighbourhood of Ano Drapanias (approx. 1.5 km). Private terrace area with direct views of the mountains and olive groves. From the upper sun terrace you have a sea view over the bay of Kissamos. Quiet location in the middle of nature. The space The 100 sqm large house offers up to 8 beds. The interiors are individually designed, newly renovated, but the charm of the original Greek parent house has been preserved. The spacious living-kitchen area offers a fully equipped kitchenette for preparing your meals, which you can enjoy either on your terrace in front of the house or in the living area. The sofa can be pulled out and comfortably used as a single bed. The two baths are with handmade olive wood furniture and ceramic hand basin, the toilet and the separate large shower with upper fixed shower head plus hand shower to find right next to the 3 bedrooms. These provide enough space for all your personal belongings. For a short refreshment in between there is an outdoor shower at your disposal. A wooden awning protects your private terrace in front of your holiday home from sunlight. Well insulated with a natural indoor climate, we do not have air conditioning installed, but fans are available for individual use in every room. Just enjoy your precious holiday with us. Room layout: From the terrace through the entrance door you enter the living-kitchen area. On the right hand side a small hallway leads to bedroom 3 (double bed 1,80m x 2,00m) and single bed (0,90m x 2,00m) with its own outside door to the terrace and to bedroom 2 (double bed 1,80m x 2,00m)). In this hallway there is also one of the two bathrooms with 2 hand basins, shower and toilet. Also from the living area a door leads to the left to bedroom 1 (double bed 1,80m x 2,00m) with separate exit door to the terrace) and the bathroom with 1 hand basin, shower and toilet. Quiet location Guest access Down in the village of Drapania you will find a supermarket, the local bakery as well as restaurants and a coffee shop. The sandy beach is about 2 km away. The small town of Kissamos, 6 km away, offers you everything you need for your daily life, from the coastal pedestrian street to the many shopping opportunities, a bank and a pharmacy. The wonderful beaches of Falasarna, Balos and Elafonisi are within walking distance, but there are also many unknown things to discover!
